[Smwg] AI 2018-0411-13 : update document model

Hi everybody,

I've uploaded the document number model diagram to the CWE:

I also noticed, that he folder contains one of the older versions completely extracted from zip (single pictures for each book). If you agree, I would remove that, otherwise the folder will be hard to maintain and find something..
