Dear Serge,
You are correct. Thank you for discovering this and pointing it out. I can't figure out how it was left out of Annex D, which is really just a copy of the TgftXfduExtensionParameters.xsd document. Perhaps the first version of the .xsd was incorrect and subsequently fixed but I neglected to make the fix in Annex D. In any case, it has now been corrected.

The updated version of the TGFT White Book (version 0.7) is available on the CWE at URL

can you please check the content of Annex D. It looks like a "minOccurs="0"" qualifier is missing for the serviceSpecificContentUnitExt element in TgftContentUnitExtensionType.
