[Smwg] 902x13r0_01 - Abstract Event Definition - Updated draft

Dear all, 
                  I've just uploaded the latest draft of the Abstract 
Event Definition Book to CWE, This contains editorial changes plus some 
updates to the SANA Annex. None of the changes have any impact on the UML 
model or Schema and so there is no impact on the Simple Schedule Book.
