[Smwg] Small topic for today's telecon

Hi,

I have only two topics we may shortly touch upon today:

-          State Machine (did anyone looked at the stuff, any thoughts)....

-          Small comment according Service Package Result: as of up-to-now version of the diagram, the Service Package entity does not allow to return an empty list. It should however.
