[Smwg] DSN example -- viewperiod file for MEX mission

Colin,

Attached is a sample XML instance of a DSN produced viewperiod ("PIF-ish") file for the Mars Express mission. Hopefully this can help with analysis/thinking with regard to structuring of the PIF versus the flat file event list.
