[Smwg] Planning Information Formats - Draft w0.15

Dear all, 
                 I've just uploaded the latest draft of the Planning 
Information Formats book to CWE along with the UML model and schema. This 
schema is the same as the one distributed via e-mail during the last 
WebEx.
