[Smwg] Schedule book submitted to secretariat

CSSM Colleagues,

The Simple Schedule of Services book has been submitted to the CCSDS secretariat for processing in consideration of a CESG blue book poll. The version submitted includes, of course, the changes as noted at last week's teleconference and it also includes a minor editorial correction re AbstractEvent called out rather than AbstractParameter.
