[Smwg] CSSM Splinter Telecon -- Mgmt Svc Concept

CSSM Colleagues,

I am thinking to cancel this telecon.  We did have some thoughts on this at the Cleveland meetings but I tend to doubt that any progress/work has been done, and there is therefore not much point to having the teleconference.  May I have your thoughts on this?
