[Smwg] Planning Information Formats - Draft w0.12

Colin,

I took a quick look at the 0.12 draft and I think there may have been a cut and paste error - the main class diagram shows a schedule of services.    I also checked that 0.11 draft and it has the planning information format as the main class diagram.  So probably just need to paste the proper diagram back in?

                 I've just uploaded the latest draft of the Planning Information Formats book to CWE. This contains minor tweaks to the AbstractParameter definition to maintain consistency with the Simple Schedule.
