[Smwg] Down payment on AI 2015-1112-2

CSSM Colleagues,

In response to 2015-1112-2 (Update the Concept Book for the revision of the service management request), it's very unlikely that I will have the concept book updated by the time of the Cleveland meetings to deal with all the modifications related to the SMURF. However I did survey the document and put in comments where I think there will be impacts and changes as a result of the SMURF.

You can find the document with the comments at the location below. As a side note, having looked for the best place to put the document with the comments, it does strike me that our directory structure has gotten a little unwieldy over time. Perhaps if we have time at the Cleveland meetings we can spare perhaps 10 minutes to see if we can quickly identify some simple cleanup such that the old stuff is not so longer apparent in the "mainline" directory tree for the information entity documents etc. that we are currently developing.
