                 I've just uploaded the latest draft (0.07)of the Planning Data Formats Book White Book. This has been updated in line with the discussions at the Darmstadt meetings. In particular the Event structure has been revised as a consequence of our joint meeting with the Nav W/G..

My feeling now is that this is essentially a candidate Red book, although we still need the XML Schema to be prepared
