[Smwg] Updates SMURF diagram - addresses scenario issue.

Dear all,
                  please find attached an updated SMURF UML diagram. This 
update addresses (or at least tries to) the issue discussed yesterday with 
respect to scenarios and using REPLACE rather than UPDATE. What is not 
addressed is the temporal aspects of the configuration profile since we 
didn't really reach any conclusion on the best way of tackling this except 
that we should remove this from the config profile.

Any feedback welcome.
