Dear all,
I've just uploaded the revised draft of the Service
Management Utilization Request Formats Book. This has been updated in line
with the discussions during the various WebExs. There are a still few
comments where some feedback would be appreciated, in particular wrt
chaining. JP any chance that you can give me a bit more detail on what
chainingg is and how its used.

The document and model can be found at the following URLs.
