[Smwg] Simple Schedule Recommendation - Draft Red 1.07.

Dear all,
                  I've just uploaded the latest draft of the Simple Schedule
Red Book, this takes into account the changes discussed at the last WebEx wrt
registry names plus a few minor editorial corrections of typos. Only thing
missing now is the URLs for the registries which can be filled in later once
the registries have been created.

In the meantime I believe we can proceed to the next stage. So over to you
now Erik...
