[Smwg] Inter-Recommendation Folder updated

Dear CSSM Colleagues,

The Inter-Recommendation Folder on the CWE has been updated as follows:

  *   Erik's Inter-Recommendation Spreadsheet that he worked realtime has been uploaded
  *   Karen updated the Class, Model and Document numbers tabs and cleaned up the spreadsheet
     *   The File Transfer, Ground Segment Profile document number was added
  *   A Class Folder was added to the Inter-Recommendation Folder to be a repository for the Class Diagrams
     *   Colin will add the finalized SoS and Standard Header to this folder
  *   A Model Folder was added to the Inter-Recommendation Folder to be a repository for the Models
     *   Marcin's document model was moved to this folder
     *   Please use this folder for your models called out in the Inter-Recommendation Spreadsheet
