[Smwg] Standard header analysis conclusion

CCSM Colleagues,

For reference from this afternoon's session on standard header parameters vs information entities, the updated analysis spreadsheet is attached.  The conclusions are captured in square brackets at the end of the parameter name in column A.  This will be included in the proceeding upload by next week.  Note that for those not in attendance this will not necessarily make sense - a more complete explanation will be provided in the meeting summary material.  With these conclusions it is believed we can now move on toward finalizing the SoS book.
