[Smwg] JPL NAIF identifiers

Colin,

At the last service management teleconference we took a look at the planning data book which had been updated to include some of the considerations per the joint NAV/CSSSM meeting in Darmstadt. I recall you indicated that you had not found a good reference to the JPL NAIF identifiers that the navigation working group mentioned.  I took an action to provide a reference/link to you, which is  http://naif.jpl.nasa.gov/pub/naif/toolkit_docs/C/req/naif_ids.html

To the best of my knowledge this is publicly available.   I suspect we will need to discuss this further (next year) with regard to planning data book and SANA registries, etc.
