I uploaded current working version of PDFS (Planning Data Formats Specification) Test Plan.

Despite a lot of work which we have still to put into that, I focused on elaborating a bit more on test cases or test runs.

Nothing special, have to be updated anyway according to the status of the PDFS itself (somehow we stopped talking about it some time ago).
