[Smwg] Updated Trajectory Class Diagram and question for discussion tomorrow

Greetings,

In preparation for tomorrow's discussion I'd like to provide two updated class diagrams and some thoughts about the use of both trajectoryID and trajectoryRef. This is the result of and earlier working group discussion of this material and a follow-on discussion with John Pietras.
