[Smwg] Draft Event Sequence book

Dear colleagues,

I have been working on action item 2013-0415-14 to produce an outline of the space link event sequence book.  I have uploaded the draft version of the book here:

This represents, for intents and purposes, the proposed outline of sections for the book.  Please review the outline topics and let me know if the organization makes sense and if I am missing any sections that you think should be in the book.  Also you will find that I have already started writing major sections of the book.  Feel free to provide comments, suggestions on any of the write-up as well.  Thanks!
