[Smwg] Cleared for agency review

CSSM Colleagues,

I'm happy to report that all area directors who indicated conditions on the Simple Schedule draft recommendation have indicated that they are satisfied with the latest updates to the recommendation. I am not sure as to how long it will take to get the agency review officially initiated but I think we should have agency inputs in time for the London meetings.

Many thanks to Colin for the quick turnaround on updating the recommendation.
