[SLS] Draft to be presented at CESG Meeting: SLS-Area-Report-to-CESG-Spring2021-v0.8.0.pdf

Dear All,
        here is my "final" draft to be presented at CESG Meeting on Monday 
7 June (as usual in the European afternoon).

There could be modifications to this draft for three reasons:
1) Some more Area Resolutions will be issued before the CESG Meeting (this 
would affect slide 43 only)
2) Some new CESG Poll will start before the CESG Meeting (this would 
affect some colour in slides 40..43 only)
3) Your comments
