[SLS] C&S WG Chair

Dear All,
        of course we shall wait till the official announcement by 
secretariat, however - looking at the votes for the poll 
"CESG-P-2021-03-001 Appointment of New Chair for the Coding and 
Synchronization Working Group (SLS-C&S)" that closed yesterday - I think 
that SLS Area can already thank Massimo Bertinelli for the excellent 
contribution given till now and welcomes Andrea Modenini as C&S WG Chair 
wishing him good work.
