[SLS] Area Plenary Agenda

Dear all, the idea is to have the Area Plenary on 9 and 10 November (with 
the second slot for contingency if needed / hopefully not).
Start tine will be 16:00 Darmstadt time corresponding to 7 am Pasadena 
Time (after reconciliation of the Daylight Saving Time termination in EU 
and USA). 

Please let me know if you want other specific topics to be added to the 
Agenda.
