[SLS] Warning about CWE Projects not showing behind schedule

Dear All,
        I observed that some CWE projects are not showing behind schedule 
despite some of the planned date are in the past.
I think that the red labels only appear when CCSDS Tech Support run a 
consistency check, that could happen in the next days with the CMC Meeting 
becoming closer.

Therefore I suggest you to check your projects (and update as needed) even 
if they do not show behind schedule.
