[SLS] Draft Area Report for your comments

Dear All,
        The attached report misses MHDC part.
The summary of summaries are not updated.
It should be enough for your comments.
The intention is to issue another draft (with MHDC part etc) before the 
end of the week to eventually finalise the version for the CESG Meeting.
