[SLS] Please check the Strategic Plan

Dear All, 
        today I carried out a number of updates on the Strategic Plan.
Most likely I did not perform all the needed updates.
Therefore I kindly ask you check also the Strategic Plan (see 
https://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/sp/default.aspx ) to be sure that under SLS Links 
all your WG books/projects are present and listed under the proper 
category.

For easier check, please keep in mind that each goal correspond to a SLS 
WG.
