Dear Gian Paolo,

while I agree with you that on Tue pm there should not be a joint 
RFM/C&S/DDOR mtg as you stated

 
Joint Meeting RFM +C&S: please consider adequate room (as in previous 
years) // NO joint with DDOR WG

maybe we should add another comment that possible RIDs to RFM 
recommendations on DDOR will be addressed during main RFM sessions. DDOR 
reps are only 4 if they all show up.
