[SLS] For those having new projects...... do not forget the Strategic Plan

Dear All,
        please let's remember that after your new projects are approved we 
shall check and update the Strategic Plan for consistency.

Please report if you find any inconsistency in the "SLS Links" of the 
Strategic Plan at  
https://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/sp/Lists/SLSLinks/AllItems.aspx
