[SLS] Hint and clarification about distribution of the SLS Area Report SLS-Area-Report-to-CESG-Fall2019-v1.0as at CESGmeeting.pdf

Dear All,
        please note that this (clean) version is much more suitable for 
distribution than the version produced yesterday,

Since a few WG members asked about the Area Report report, I would like to 
clarify once more that the SLS Area Report  is only distributed to the SLS 
Mailing List but there is clearly no prescription for keeping it secret 
and it up to you WG Chairs forward it further.

Thank you once more for the collaboration given at Fall 2019 Technical 
Meetings.
