[SLS] Area report: Version 0.3 after CESG Meeting for Area Checks (by 22 May COB)

Dear All, 
        please provide any comment you have on the SLS Area Report by 
Wednesday 22 May COB. 
This is my finalised version and hopefully I have copied al relevant info 
into the summary pages.

This will allow any required correction before inclusion in the CESG 
Report to CMC.
