[SLS] URGENT REQUEST: Teleconferencing Requirements at the Spring 2019 CCSDS Technical Meetings

Dear All,
        please inform Michael ASAP if you have Teleconferencing 
Requirements at the Spring 2019 CCSDS Technical Meetings (possibly copying 
Gilles and me in case we need to follow up the matter).

For the SLS Area plenary meeting I do not visage any need for telecon. 
Anybody having a different view?

Dear Area Directors and Working Group Chairs,
 
In the planning for the Spring 2019 CCSDS Technical Meetings, it has come 
to my attention that not every meeting room will have teleconferencing 
facilities. If you would please, please respond and let me know whether 
you anticipate requiring teleconferencing for your Area or Working Group’s 
meetings. We will also have a limited number of Bluetooth speaker units 
for rooms without a teleconferencing unit. Thank you for your assistance.
