[SLS] SLS limited comments [Cesg-all] Fall 2019 CCSDS Technical Meetings Schedule

        it looks as this time I missed sending you the SLS requirements in 
time.

Here attached the situation according to the last inputs I got,
If I am correct, the only discrepancy - after Aaron comment - is the 
Thursday AM fort C&S.

Dear Area Directors and Working Group Chairs,
 
I have prepared a draft meeting schedule for the fall 2019 technical 
meetings. Since this spring’s technical meetings were also held on a 4-day 
schedule, I have begun my planning there and endeavored to meet your 
anticipated needs. There are 15 meeting rooms available at the Darmstadium 
and additional meeting rooms will be available at ESOC, about 2.8km 
distant. I expect to be able to grant all requests for additional meetings 
or other modifications. Please send me any requests for changes or 
approvals of the current schedule at your earliest convenience.
 
I would like to have a schedule that is mostly complete by Friday 23 
August 2019 so Tech Support may begin populating the CWE registration 
system.
