[SLS] Room requirements for Fall 2019 Meeting in Darmstadt

Dear All,
        I expect that in short time we'll have to provide the SLS Meeting 
Room requirements for Fall 2019 Meeting in Darmstadt.

Starting from what we had in AMES, I attach a draft (basically mirrored 
from the AMES set up)  for your comments.
