        it's time again to declare the objectives of your WG for the 
Spring 2019 Plenary in Mountain View. 

AS CESG Chairs wants inputs at the latest by 26 April 2019, my request for 
you is to send your input at your earliest convenience and in any case  at 
the latest by 24 April 2019 COB.
