Meetings



Dear Area Directors and Working Group Chairs,
 
To assist the Secretariat in providing for your telecommunication needs at 
the Fall Technical Meetings, I would appreciate it if you would take a 
moment to answer the following questions:
 
1.       Do you plan to use WebEx during the Fall Technical Meetings?
2.       If yes, then during which meeting sessions will you require 
teleconferencing equipment?
 
All of the meeting rooms at The Hague Marriott have either a projector or 
a large television. For reference I have attached the current schedule for 
the meetings to this message.
