Recommendations 2.6.11A (new), 2.1.4A (updated), 2.1.4B (updated), 2.1.8A 
(suppressed), and  2.1.8B (suppressed)

 RID disposition and the resulting "Blue Book" material has been already 
provided to CCSDS Technical Editor.
