[SLS] SLS Area Report after presentation at CESG

Dear ALL,
        here attached the SLS report with some changes 
requested/identified during the presentation to CESG.
You are welcome to comment of course.

The affected changes should be on:
- RFM WG - interaction with other WGs
- C&S WG for some items on colors, ACM, etc.
- SDLS for extra issues (deleted slide)
- MHDC is pending a clarification on resources

I hope I missed nothing.
