[SLS] Area Report for the forthcoming CMC Meeting

Dear All,
        here is the Area Report for the forthcoming CMC Meeting.
I will pass it to Nestor tomorrow at (European) lunch time  to give a 
chance for last minute comments.

With respect to the last version you received the changes should be the 
following:
SDLS Resolution added to summary of Resolutions
Reconfirmation/Revision Books slide removed (we provided an excel file for 
that)
Demographics slide replaced with latest input by Secretariat
Demographics slide integrated with remote (i.e. webex/telecon) 
participants

With respect to the demographics please note that I have indicated remote 
(i.e. webex/telecon)  participants only for MHDC as only Aaron reported on 
this.
