[SLS] Area Report as presented at CESG Meeting

Dear All,
        here is the [SLS] Area Report as presented at CESG Meeting today.
With respect to the versions discussed at SLS Plenary there are a very few 
changes:

slide 8         typo C&S -->  SLP
slide 10                MW ---> MM
slide 5         spread sprectum checked with Enrico - NO CHANGE
slide 14                removed ' only approved Pr..."
slide 15                MW ---> MM
SDLS            added resolution about Cloud Testing Yellow book

This presentation will be the base for the CESG presentation at CMC.

Please provide comments (if any) by 26 May COB to me and Gilles.
