Dear all, 

Please find attached the WG Report to Area template to be used for your 
presentation to the ADs after the San Antonio WG Technical Meeting 



I have prepared the spread-sheets to be used per Area / WG.(see 
attachments) 

Please DO NOT CUT AND PASTE AS A PICTURE (to facilitate further 
modifications by you and / or your ADs) 

GUIDE: 
Chart # 3: Table on "Planning of Approved Projects":      Cut & Paste your 
WG sheet from the Area file 
Chart # 5: Table on "Resource Issues for Approved Projects"           Cut 
& Paste  the "Resource issues ..." sheet from the Area file  (only if 
necessary) 
Chart # 6: Table on "Upcoming NWIs"                 Cut & Paste  the 
"Upcoming NWIs ..." sheet from the Area file (only if necessary) 

Note: 
I have updated the Approved  Projects with the current status.
