[SLS] Planning for The Hague meeting

Dear ALL,
        thanks to David Ross, I can report  that secretariat is going to 
send TODAY  the draft schedule out to the ADs/WG chairs. 
They  will give everyone until mid July to provide their changes ( with 
SLS changes already captured).
