Agency Review of ?TC Synchronization and Channel Coding? Pink Book for 
Issue 3 of CCSDS-231.0-B

The Space Link services Area, 
CONSIDERING that 
?       the Coding and Synchronization Working Group has reviewed and 
approved the Draft Pink Book ?TC Synchronization and Channel Coding? of 
existing CCSDS-231.0-B-2
?       the Draft Pink Book includes a new coding scheme for the uplink of 
CLTU encoded with low-density parity-check coding
?       the WG has consensus on this Draft Pink Book
RESOLVES to request CESG/CMC to approve starting the Agency Review of Pink 
Book ?TC Synchronization and Channel Coding? of CCSDS-231.0-B
RECOMMENDS that the CMC approve this resolution and, finally
REQUESTS that a CMC poll be conducted to accomplish this.
