[SLS] Resolutions from Cleveland Meetings

Dear All,
        there were quite a number of WG Resolutions from Cleveland 
Meetings.
Gilles and I try to keep track of them but...... please don use the pre 
COP-1 approach  (i.e. send &pray) and remind us if needed.

In case your WG resolution includes a book to be reviewed/published, keep 
in mind that  it is up to you to e-mail to me and Gilles (with copy to Tom 
to speed up processing) the request/WG resolution with the document 
produced by the WG.
Gilles and I are supposed to read it (and comment it, possibly very hardly 
:o)  before issuing the area resolution.
