[SLS] WG Agendas, Reports and Actions for London Meetings

Dear All,
         the CCSDS Fall 2014 meeting series are approaching and the 
information available at 
http://public.ccsds.org/meetings/2014Fall/default.aspx needs to be 
integrated with material relevant for participants.
I would like to draw you attention on some items that I think are very 
important for palling the meetings and to ensure their success.

[1] Agendas
As usual  CCSDS Tech Support has prepared an Agendas page to be populated 
promptly @ http://public.ccsds.org/meetings/2014Fall/2014FallAgendas.aspx 
.
I recommend you making your best effort to provide CCSDS Tech Support with 
your WG draft Agenda about 4 weeks before the start date of the meetings; 
i.e. make an effort for proving it around 13 October keeping in mind that 
the agendas can be updated later on.

[2] Reports
Please make sure that your WG Members can access the report from your 
Spring Meeting (and possibly notes from intermediate telecons if any) 
including the list of all actions with their status.

[3] Actions
Please check open actions and solicit WG Members as appropriate to provide 
timely input.

[4[ CWE Projects
Please update WG projects into the online tracking system before the 
Meetings.
Make sure no project shows BEHIND SCHEDULE.
