CCSDS 120.1-G Image Data Compression

As usual the book is already with CCSDS Editor (and also available on
request, of course).

The Space Link services Area,
CONSIDERING that the Multispectral & Hyperspectral Data Compression (MHDC) WG
   •  reviewed CCSDS 120.1-G-1 “Image Data Compression” Green Book Issue 1
   dated June 2007; and
   •  found a few inconsistencies in CCSDS 120.1-G-1; and
   •  identified an update to CCSDS 120.1-G representing the consensus of the
   WG
RESOLVES to request CESG/CMC to approve the publication of Issue 2 to CCSDS
120.1-G, and
RECOMMENDS that the CESG approve this resolution and, finally
REQUESTS that a CESG poll be conducted to accomplish this.
