[Sls-slp] Adaptive Coding and Modulation (ACM) Action Item from the Spring 2026 Joint Meeting

Dear SLP WG,

An action (AI_26_01) was given to each SLS WG chair to poll their respective WG, to find out if anyone had interest in further developing Adaptive Coding and Modulation (ACM) to further analyze and standard it for CCSDS. Please let both Ken Andrews and I know if you would like to participate in this work activity.
