[Sls-slp] Updated 235.1 Pre-RED-1 Generic Session Control

For your information and review.

Attached please find the updated Generic Session Control Pre-RED-1 book. I will also upload to the SLP WG CWE directory for this meeting.
It contains the updates discussed during both the SLP WG as well as the Joint SLP, C&S, and RFM WG meetings in Hamburg held yesterday.
The changes are limited to Annex E SPDU Type 5 directives.
In summary, we added a new field, “AOS Frame Length” to the Link Establishment and Control directive (LEC) to accommodate the hybrid use of AOS U-Frames (data frames) and USLP P-Frames (protocol - SPDUs). We slightly modified the Ranging directive to be on a byte boundary and added the" Ranging Code” field and clarified “No Ranging” to mean “Ranging Off”.

Secretariat - please use this copy of the 235.1 book for further ending towards producing the final RED-1 version.
