[Sls-slp] Generic Session Control CCSDS 235.1 Convert to RED-1

Hi Natalya and Lee,

Please use the attached version of CCSDS 235.1 (Generic Session Control), file name contains June 26 as the starting point to convert the White book to a Red-1 version.
It contains an update to Annex E that Stefano Petri and I worked out just after the Spring meeting, that addressed Stefano's concerns during that meeting.
Please let me know if you have any questions, and also inform me that your received this email from me.
