•                     WG name:   CCSDS SLS-SLP Working Group
•                     When would you like to meet?: 0845-1245, 0845-1730, 1230-1730 and days required (i.e. Mon-Wed, Mon-Fri,  Tuesday only)

     *   Monday after the Grand Plenary – 10:45 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 17:00
•                     Estimate of the number of In-Person Attendees?: 15
•                     All joint meetings need to be accounted for properly, therefore, please provide headcount numbers and names of the working groups who will be meeting together, as best as possible.

     *   Anticipate: SLP, RFM, C&S for Lunar Operations perhaps on Wednesday
•                     Or, if you anticipate your schedule will be remaining the same as your Spring 2025 meeting schedule, please advise.

please respond to me by Monday, 28 July, 2025 with the following information about your group's requirements (please follow the template shown):


•                     WG name:  e.g. CCSDS SLS-OPT Optical Comm Working Group
•                     When would you like to meet?: 0845-1245, 0845-1730, 1230-1730 and days required (i.e. Mon-Wed, Mon-Fri,  Tuesday only)
•                     Estimate of the number of In-Person Attendees?: 25
•                     All joint meetings need to be accounted for properly, therefore, please provide headcount numbers and names of the working groups who will be meeting together, as best as possible.
•                     Or, if you anticipate your schedule will be remaining the same as your Spring 2025 meeting schedule, please advise.



The Secretariat will then process the requests and assign rooms based on the identified headcount needs as TUHH is able to provide conference/breakout rooms for each group. The plan is for online meeting registration to be deployed early-August.
